Really poor customer serivce. Called on Monday regarding an urgent business matter. Was told I would receive a call back the next morning. It's now Friday and i have been on hold for 25 minutes trying to get through to the operator. I'll move on to another firm, what a waste of my time.
They told me I qualified for a military class action suit and I joined it and they confirmed it. Year later they paid out others I know but my queries go unanswered and ignored for two years now. They only care about getting their third of the lawsuit from people and could careless about anyone else. Avoid these guys.
Laws and rights do not matter to them, only money. They failed me and shut me out. My civil and human rights were violated but I'm poor and disabled so they treated me like trash. Their lawyer told me that NS judges are corrupt so I can't win. Cold hearted and unethical. I didn't have $50,000 for a retainer so I don't get justice.
