They took a contract agreement to suspend me from Saint Mary's University. I could tell that they were all combining their years of education and experience to carefully calculate how to do it to legally get away with it to avoid any legal action. This law firm took a contract agreement for Saint Mary's University to expel me from my school and ban me from the property when I was a victim of abuse and stigma simply for speaking about it. They sent a demand letter threatening criminal charges for deformation and a civil lawsuit. I was expelled and banned from my campus when there was no rule broken. I was denied an appeal because I cannot afford a lawyer which is not okay because I should still have my rights honoured. I would like to be contacted for an appeal. Thanks.
Really poor customer serivce. Called on Monday regarding an urgent business matter. Was told I would receive a call back the next morning. It's now Friday and i have been on hold for 25 minutes trying to get through to the operator. I'll move on to another firm, what a waste of my time.
