Caroline was a great waitress. We had a lot of fun.
Didn't have pickles so I couldn't get the meal I wanted. Went with fries. Sauces are $.75 each and the waitress didn't bother to tell me. Once I decided to not bring it up, I paid for my $12 meal with $15 cash and the waitress never returned my change. I don't have a problem with giving a nice tip but it's my decision. The fact I didn't get my change back from the waitress is what really made me give this place a bad review. Being a local, I'm really disappointed with the service and the secret sauce charge.
My boyfriend an I went their Saturday night for the first time and we will not be going back. The food was horrible. The next day we both were sick.
I love it here , food is great, the environment is awesome, RSVP this place you wont regret it

I'm so disappointed. Mchales was always a favorite. This past year or so has just been terrible experience followed by terrible experience. The food is different. The wait is terrible even if it isn't busy. The beer menu is boring. Support local, but if you're looking for something new, skip mchales.

Great food, great beer selection and cold. Excellent service
Never, ever spending another dollar in this place. When the bartender can tell a person to leave because she doesn't like the way a person looks, there is a serious problem!!!
