Over a month since I got my nerve study done I’ve called and requested the results and the VA clinic has called and requested the results and nobody will answer the phone over there or help me. This place is absolute garbage.
I work in a clinic and have worked in clinics where wait times can be longer than normal so I can understand when issues arrise. However when it is an hour past my appointment time and your front staff has informed no one of the delay, there is an issue. You need to restructure your patient load to wait time. If you are going to do procedures in the office then one day needs to be strictly procedures. Your other day needs to be patient care for post ops, follow ups, and new patients. I wish I could give zero stars - I haven’t even stepped into the practice. I have worked in medicine for over 15 years and the people that answer the phone especially Jodi should NOT be dealing with patients. Rude, condescending and all I was trying to do was make an appointment. Maybe the doctor is great but I will never find out.
I have been a patient with Dr McGreevy since he opened (next door at the dentist office). His practice has grown very large. I have had appointments that I was in the waiting room for over an hour. Once I walked out. I do think he has overgrown his practice. I go there for RFA which works for me. I guess the lack of precise scheduling of appointments is worth the wait?
The staff tried to get me to sign a blank medical release form. I refused as this is unethical and illegal. They sent yet another staff member to request that I signed a blank medical release form. I canceled all further appointments after this initial one because of this. A few weeks later I received a letter from my insurance stating that a medicine was requested by them for me to go to a state I've never even been in after canceled all appointments due to their incompetence.
