My first few visits were with Dr McGreevy and although he seems to be a man of few words I was happy with his care. After trying to get an appt for 3 months because they said they didn't have my referral which they did all along I finally went in today for my pain meds and also ask why my social security disability paperwork wasn't done, taking an extra copy with me to have them do. Horrible patient care. Waited months to have a prior authorization completed, but finally just gave up and never got my medication. The staff had requested that the PA there complete it and he never did, even after I called several times. Would not fill my other prescription because it was in stock at the pharmacy in a vial instead of a pre-loaded injection. I have debilitating migraines and they would not fill my prescription. I finally jus had my PCP fill it after weeks of going back and forth with the staff.
As a recent new patient I would like to share my experience. The process of scheduling an appointment was seamless . I had all my insurance info available and the new patient coordinator what proficient . Upon arrival I was greeting by a pleasant , upbeat staff . The Medical Assistant who roomed me ( Max) was thoughtful, polite , and patient with me and my ailments :) Dr. McGreevy is clearly brilliant .
