Good practice Doctor Mcgreevy is awesome. The only negative is it hard to get anyone on the phone.
If I could give a negative review, I would. Impossible to get anybody on the phone to schedule anything to get done. Poor customer service very unprofessional. Update again, if I could get a negative star, I would. Try it all morning to get ahold of somebody. Anybody did you check the status of mri. No return calls. Nobody seems to want to pick up their phone. Left numerous voicemails however no return calls.
Where do I start? The doc didn't seem interested in what i had to say/wasn’t taking my history in to consideration. Did not do a full parkinsons clinical exam but leaned toward saying I had parkinsons. Cut me off several times. I felt he was unprofessional and didn't appear to want to be there. The office staff was somewhat unprofessional and the office could use a good cleaning and updating. His nurse referred to him as a jack of all trades which is something you don't want to hear when you need a good neurologist. They see... read more
They DO NOT LISTEN, they mark your notes incorrectly due to the fact they DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS, their billing doesnt know what theyre doing, they charged one insurance, and not the other, and still want me to pay, You're not getting a penny from me until you fix my medical notes, CORRECTLY, AS I'VE ASKED YALL TO MULTIPLE TIMES! Thanks.
I am very pleased with the care they have given me. I had several tests and 2 procedures. Jason is the one that I dealt with the most. Everyone was professional. Dr. Mcgreevy was involved. Nothing but good things to say.
