I THINK THEY DO SLOPPY WORK MY SON WENT IKN TO HAVE OIL CHANGE DONE .THEY TALKED HIM INTO GETTING BRAKE PADS CHANGED AND ALSO THEY TOLD HIM HE NEEDED NEW ROLLERS ETC. JUST BLEEDING HIM LIKE HE WAS SHARK BAIT. AFTER ALL THIS THEY SEND MYH SON OUT HES ON THE WAY HOME AND HE SAID ALMOST HOME THE *** IS MAKING ***** LIKE THE **** HAS A FLAT. Very typical sales experience - when we first met with our sales / finance rep, each individual was extremely nice and attentive to our concerns for our vehicle with what was covered under warranty / what was not. We unfortunately scratched our vehicle within 2 weeks of owning the vehicle and wanted to know if was covered under the extended warranty (as we werent given a physical copy) we purchased or if we would need to correct this out of pocket. Frustrating experience in the service department. Called for a wiper arm replacement. They were able to take the appointment, check me in and then keep me in the waiting room for 2 hours before letting me know that they did not have the part. At both customer service points, they were aware of the make and model of the car as well as what I needed. What was especially frustrating was the litany of excuses provided by the employees. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. It was to be delivered to my resident on Saturday, March 6, 20121. I called McGrath City Hyundai before 10:00a Saturday to let them know that I'll pick my vehicle up. The lady I spoke too said the oil was being changed and someone will call me back once it's complete. We bought a used 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and found the sale manager Aziz to be totally unprofessional and a liar! He made promises of a discount in the price during the deal that he did not follow through on. His word is no good and he represents the typical shyster car salesmen. He does not return phone calls and when you talk to him face to face he lies and says it done and will show up, but it never did! My mother had a service scheduled in July but then was in an accident that totaled her CR-V 2 days prior to the scheduled service. She had left a $100 deposit for which they refused to refund or apply to a new service. She purchased a new CRV that she took for service a month later. They refused to apply credit due to it was not the same vehicle and would not issue a refund. If my mother would've still had the vehicle she would have taken it for service. Came in To trade in my vehicle which is a bmw and I was looking into another bmw they had at this location due to my credit I was wasn’t able to trade it in so my gf ended up getting it under her credit. So now she got approved for the car. We test drive it (literally around the block) we asked if we can drive it on the hwy because of course whenever you are buying a vehicle u wanna drive it at least for 30mins make sure it is what you want and if it fits your needs. This dealer is bad don't go there they customers service is bad everything about then is bad. They had my daughter car for almost 2 months and she still don't have it . She don't have a loaner and I got her a rental and they said that they would not pay for it. Now that they say she was on a waiting list to get a loaner. Then they call saying they have one after going on two months.
