I have been trying to resolve an issue with a refund check for over a month now, and the level of service has been extremely frustrating. Getting in touch with anyone has been nearly impossible, calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and on the rare occasions when someone has reached out (only twice in an entire month), there has been no meaningful follow-through.For something as simple as tracking down a refund check, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. *do not put words in my mouth* a sales person words when seeking information after purchasing the car. I purchased dealership services like McGrath advantage program and first place finish during the purchase. and later I wanted to cancel those services but refused by dealership management(in less than a month of purchasing the vehicle). The dealership dont sell cars to customers If a customer dont buy these dealership services ? ******** purchase experience.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealer in my life. They misrepresented the amount of sales tax in the City of *******, they misrepresented the cost of transferring the existing plates to the new car, and they played fast and loose with trying to shove protection plans down my throat to make up for the huge discounts that they were supposedly putting on the vehicle.This is their modus operandi, and it seems that all the sales managers are in collusion. I had been corresponding via e-mail and text with this dealership about a car that I was interested in. The first thing of course, is the car available? I was told right up until an hour before I arrived that the car was still available. I had made an appointment for a test drive for 6:30pm. BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT!If I could award minus star(s) I would. As a former customer, I went, by appointment, in Fri before New years and test drove the new car I was interested in. Not having my wife with me, I couldnt absolutely commit until she saw the car. But I let it be known that I would be back on Sat. To finalize a purchase. The worst ever here and the corporate offices,they are no help and they need to be sued on all levels .I got a bad motor and had to figure it out myself and then finally went in and so I decided to deal with corporate which is worse,they do nothing to compensate their customers and I recommend never buy a Hyundai
