I recently bought a Jeep Compass from Dezmond Padulla at McGrath VW in Dubuque. We were there on the worst cold, icy day. He knew we were coming and had the two cars that we drove warmed up, cleaned off for us . I am very happy with the car and with the care given to us by Dez and also by Kendall in finance. I am still waiting for service dept to call with an appt to fix a few minor problems. I will see if the service dept is as helpful as Sales and office people.

Do not buy a car from this company. They have bad customer service. They are not honoring there warrant on a car only sold 3 months ago. Broke down 2 times and sits there with a warranty they will not honor. Shame on you for treating people like this. I will blast this on all my social media’s.
Hello, I delt with Kenny L at the Davenport location. I bought a 2012 dodge avenger. I bought the car Sunday the 9th and on my way to work directly after buying the car I noticed the Heat wasn't coming out the passenger side. I called later that day and Kenny didn't answer his phone. So I called Monday the 11th of Febuary and told him what was going on and he said they couldn't do anything. I just had it prised out and the heater core is broke. We thought McGrath had the best prices of any other Ford dealership in a 300 mile area. Rylee from Cedar Rapids was wonderful to work with. We thought Mason and Ang in finance were very helpful and easy to work with also. Over all, had a great experience witih MGrath. Best part was the free delivery right to our home!
