We recently purchased our son his first car from Josh Smith. We found the car online. The car had not been placed on the lot. He went out of his way to make the car available for us to test drive. He quickly got the car ready when we decided to purchase it. Josh made the process of buying the pleasurable. We would recommend Josh and Mcgonigal's!!

Very poor experience in the service department. Took my Chevy Tahoe in for a check engine light, do to the "Warranty Forever" scheme. Had a Mass Air Flow sensor changed that literally takes less than 10 minutes to change. I was charged $235. I could've bought the sensor for $53 dollars and did it myself. I understand everyone is in the business to make money but doubling the price of a part and $100 labor for a job that takes less than 10 minutes total. And also a $15 shop supply fee??

Yesterday my actuator went out on the right side of my Buick Enclave. As we were in town for lunch we dropped by McConigals to have them take a look at it. The gentleman asked me if we had an appointment which we did not. Rick Mooney had it checked out and came back and told us what was wrong. We gave him the OK to have it fixed. Awhile later he came back in and told us they put one in and it did not work, they had ordered another one and would be there shortly. No help at all!!! All they want is to sale u a car and take ur money.....we bought a car from them and 3 days later it started to mess up so I called them they said bring it in so I did and now they r charging me $600......I would never go they again
