Worst customer service ever! My mom brought her new Buick in for a routine oil change. she gets her car back and it has a brand new dent in the door. We brought the car back to them and asked for it to be fixed! They said they would fix it. We then the run arounded started. Told her to come back Friday for the dent guy to look at it. Their sales rep Chuck Rounds really went above and beyond. Compared to other dealerships I dealt with that brushed me off. He sat down and got to know me and all I wanted. That's the best customer service I have ever received. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

We were 2,000 miles from home when we experienced transmission problems in our 2 year old Buick. Rick, in their service department, got us right in. Our problem was assessed and they made sure our vehicle was running sufficient to get us back home. They provided excellent service! I highly recommend them.
On a trip 4 hours from home and my truck locked In 4 HI and wouldn't come out. These guys got me in first thing in the morning and back on the road in an hour. Awesome people and service. Went out of their way to get me going again. Thanks again
