My hygienist was named Bridget I believe and she was wonderful. So sweet and friendly and made me feel right at home right away. Your office is lovely and I am a huge fan of the biological techniques used in the office. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I have gotten x-rays, cleanings and a tooth pulled at the office. Everyone I came into contact with was very knowledgeable about the process and making sure to explain things before, during and after the procedure. At first we had some hiccups with my insurance documents being missed placed and my follow up appointment not being in the system. I arrived knowing there would be an exam, but I also expected a cleaning. I know about some gum health decline; however, I'm a bit surprised that no cleaning was done and I was quoted for a larger cleaning job. My insurance covers preventative care, exam and cleaning. I was hoping to get at least a basic cleaning along with the invitation to come back for the advanced cleaning that will cost more. Hopefully that makes sense, if not -- you are welcome to call me.
