This whole appointment happened "by accident"...Deb had called to let me know that she had a cancellation and they could get my son, Brad, in for his cleaning. When I called back, I spoke with Jennifer and happened to mention what was going on with me. I so appreciate that she took the time to listen, was able to assimilate information the practice had discussed and arranged for me to get in to see Dr. McGinty. I was very pleased with the professional treatment ( and pleasantness of the entire staff!
I didn't actually start my cleaning until about 40 minutes past my appointment time, which was frustrating as I would have expected the appointment itself to last under an hour. When I actually got started, I didn't feel like anyone apologized for the wait either. Then, I felt like my hygienist was extremely talkative, and while she was super sweet, it was felt like her chattiness really elongated the appointment.
