Everyone we have dealt with is always very accomodating, friendly and helpful. They always make every effort to get Katie and my appointments at the same time.
All is good. Just don't appreciate having to wait so long both times I have had appointments. I hurried to be there on time. A phone call would have been nice to let me know of the delay.

You guys are better than family. Wonderfully active in great dental investment, and dental health.
I really liked my hygienist and felt she was knowledgable, however, I felt there was just too much information for me to digest and left struggling with hanging on to the pertinent info amongst everything that was shared with me. Also, I have a follow up consultation with Eileen in July and am certain questions 2 and 3 will be answered then.
I felt comfortable with everyone! Thank you, Jennifer, for the payment explanation & ease of checkout & payment! Crystal, thank you for making the exam room experience comfortable. And, thank you to Dr. McGinty, for explanation of procedures & for making communication about it easy to understand.
I love Dr. McGinty but get very tired of the office staff calling, sometimes several times, weeks/days before my scheduled appointment to try and reschedule it. I make my appointments months ahead of time and then plan around them. The endless phone calls and messages asking me to reschedule are annoying and unprofessional. The last time I had an appointment the office called me the day before, twice right in a row, hanging up and not leaving a message.
