I’ve had many unhappy moments with the woman at the front desk, Deb I believe her name is. She seems incompetent. This instance is-My husband had an app the day before my recent app and filed an additional insurance with your office. When I came in for my app she had confused my husband with someone else and made the beginning of my appt very confusing by thinking my husband was a different patient who had new insurance but it had a problem.
