I was very disappointed by how rushed Dr. McGinty was after breaking the news to me that one of my teeth was "dying". I had a lot of unanswered questions and was very upset by the news but she seemed to not care and didn't take in to consideration that this was very upsetting to me despite the fact that we have had prior conversations about concerns about my dental health including concerns that I might lose teeth in the future. I greatly appreciate the office staff accommodating our travel and work schedules, as we traveled over four hours from our home to Denver for this appointment. Friendly staff, thorough explanations of work in progress, and positive attitudes throughout the appointments enhanced our experience and made us long-term customers. Thank you for everything!
Julie was fantastic! She made me very comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed the natural conversations that made it feel as if I were talking to a friend and she was incredibly informative about everything I asked.
3 hour appointment ended up being 5 hours. If it was to be a 5 hour appointment, I wish that would have been explained
Everyone was so very kind and welcoming. All my questions were patiently answered. I received great information from Suzie regarding flossing and brushing. Pain and teeth cleaning have always gone hand in hand at other offices, but I never once felt any pain at any time during my appointment. I thank you for a whole new world of dentistry! You all are the best!

There are two reasons that I didnt really enjoy my visit. For one, I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment, wasnt seen until about 20 minutes in. Which obviously bothered me because the ladies knew I had to get back to work. Lastly, my financial options were explained to me, but not very well. Everyone was very nice and friendly, that was not the issue at all. I think i was just bothered because it seemed like they were not very conscious of my time.
