I was a bit nervous for the procedure, yet I was immediately put as ease. All the staff were friendly and kind. Everything was explained by the dental assistant and Dr. McGinty, which I greatly appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised with the procedure. I very much trust Dr. McGinty and her assistants. I appreciated the friendliness, expertise and professionalism.
Front and back office staff are very sweet, knowledgeable in their scope of practice and thoughtful to patient needs. Thank you Dr. McGinty, Crystal, Julie, Jen and Deb .
I'm glad you're getting that glitch in the system corrected so that times sent as confirmation and actual appointment times are the same. I enjoy coming to your office, but, after all, I don't care to always spend three hours there.
Everyone was very friendly. I used to hate going to the doctor, but now I am not nervous at all to go. I had a doctor that told me I had 3 fillings and a cap so I refused to go the doctor for 3 years, until I found Dr. McGinty. I didn't need anything that my previous doctor told me, they were just discoloration on my teeth. I trust Dr. McGinty and know that she will not do any unnecessary fillings or caps. I can't remember my technician's name, but she was great. I scheduled with her for my next visit.
I am concerned about my tooth #30 with loss of bone that x ray showed. as Dr. explained this may be the work of specialist who i was refered to on November 2011 to do the route channel. i don't want to be charged again to fix this damage to my tooth bone.
I feel very comfortable at this office after I was with Green Mountain Dental Group for over 17 years. I also have always needed gas for any extra dental work beyond the cleanings but didn't need it with your group.
I know you did not know me when I first came in and was willing to work with me even though I had money issues and trusted in me to follow through with my future work to be done. I feel you and staff care about my well being not money first as last dentist did. I am still paying on the crown that keeps coming out with Dr Schwab and feel that was not fare.
