First time at McFarland Express Care in West Ames & I was very impressed with the care I received. There was no waiting time & both the nurse and PA John McClelland were very patient-friendly. John was thorough on his diagnosis & even called me back within the hour with my test results. It is wonderful to have this service available, especially on the weekends! Thank you, John.
