The lady who works the front desk could a lot nicer.
As an new patient, I have been told that the wait is at least 3 months, maybe longer. Meanwhile, they suggest their much more expensive Urgent Care. More money for McFarland. If my health declines, because of inconsistent care, even more money for McFarland, in the long-term. Some doctors may care about their patients, but none seem to care enough to change the system where profits is all that really matters.
