Dr. Bean takes time to treat you as a person, not just a one-dimensional illness. In addition, she never makes you feel awkward when you ask questions - no matter how unimportant it might seem to you. On top of all this she's a wonderful, skilled doctor.
Dr. Kohler is reassuring and supportive. He answered all my questions regarding knee replacement and recovery (and I had quite a few).
