Phil has a great eye for detail and gives his opinion, which I wanted and asked for. He also did not steer me when I wanted to go in another direction that wasn't necessarily what he would recommend, but was honest about his opinion after the fact. Phil made me feel like we were on the same wavelength as far as communications go at all times, which I view as fundamentally important for an agent. Phil Rocks!
A man named Joseph Kocher came to my private medical practice and left me a one star review when it was determined that his health insurance was not accepted. He appears to be a realtor at this office. It is insulting to receive a one star review online from someone who has never utilized your services. Perhaps this will get the attention of Joseph’s employer, who may teach him a lesson in professionalism.
