It is always relaxing and comfortable. No one is harsh or mean and I don't mind the dentist when I go here.
Dr. Trombley has been my dentist for many years and is to my whole family. I simply trust his skill and expertise as a dentist. I also would like to give feedback about Jennifer, my hygienist. She is so wonderful and helped me come to some decisions about bleaching my teeth. I just appreciate the time and the care she gave to me as a patient.

My recent cleaning with Jennifer was excellent as it has been for several times. She is thorough, professional and very pleasant. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend her, or Dr. Kirol, to anyone in need of dental services.
I have been going to Kirol Family Dentistry since they opened in Rock Hill, and have had a great experience. Jennifer is such a thorough and friendly hygienist, and Dr. Ann Kirol always takes lots of time with you to explain procedures needed. I highly recommend their dentistry practice!

The level of service was top notch. I was not in the waiting room very long. It seemed to take a little longer than normal to clean my teeth, but it was fine. The hygenist did a great job and used great care with my teeth. She was very attentive and friendly. The only recommendation I would have is to schedule the reminders a week or less before the appointment. The reminder came to my phone and e-mail over two weeks prior to my Monday appointment. I'm usually a white knuckle patient at the dentist office, even for just a cleaning. Andrea and Dr. Ann make my visits a pleasant experience every time. Any my dental care shows it. Thanks!!
Prompt, friendly, efficient. Both for myself and daughter. It is nice to be able to schedule both of us at the same time. The only negative I have is having to pay the full amount of the visit up front rather than having the office figure the amount my insurance won't cover and allowing me to pay the non-covered amount.
