Basically a satisfactory experience, as is normally the case. However, there was a bit of a glitch at check-in. When I arrived (8:58 a.m. for a 9:10 appointment) there was a gentleman talking to the receptionist so I simply stood in line behind him. However, she stopped talking with him as asked if she could help me. I said "My name is Jim Casada and I have a 9:10 appointment." She replied that she would let the technician know. First of all, I want to say that I have the best dental hygienist in Jennifer that I have ever had in my life. She is so thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. I can't thank her enough.
