Said they can’t put lettuce on my mcchicken because they need it for snack wraps lol dumb
Gave me a very undercooked burger and blew it off when brought to there attention didn’t offer to replace or refund or anything just ok and walked away not to mention how dirty the lobby was I would avoid this restaurant and I personally never will go here again
Avoid the Houghton Lake store. Several times I was asked to pull ahead and wait for a drive through order. And wait, and wait. Sometimes they will forget your waiting. Can you imagine waiting 15 minutes for 3 cookies? And during that time people behind you are getting fat sacks of food. This one is their favorite: "we are waiting on fresh fries, pull ahead we'll bring it right out." 15 minutes later you get stale old fries right out of the waste bin.
