I'm not sure what's going on, but the food just doesn't taste like it did years ago. The burger patties can't get much thinner than they are now. That said, the restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms, and it's busy pretty much all day long. They also have a play area for the kids, which is a nice feature for families. The location feels safe, the staff keeps things tidy, and it's an easy place to stop for a quick meal. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location during late-night hours. On one occasion, employees told me they “couldn’t take my order” simply because they didn’t want to. Another time, I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I eventually called the store, and they answered immediately and apologized, which made it clear that I had been intentionally ignored in hopes that I would leave. Had one hamburger waited in line for 17 minutes inside The manager kept yelling about Boba. I just walked out and lost my money… Why do we continue to go to these places?
