JORJA (big tall black girl) - someone needs to educate this girl on the definition of HOT. McDonald's doesn't offer sleeves for HOT drinks , so with attitude she gave me an extra cup for my TAKE OUT HOT COFfEE and goes 'I didn't know our coffee was hot'. I guess working at a place that has no sleeves has ruined the IQ of their employees. Because sleeves for HOT coffee are offered everywhere else. Long wait of almost 15 minutes. Understandably, sometimes if you’re busy things can take a while. At the 15 minute mark they handed me my order with only half the items…. Took this long and can’t even get it right? Staff seemed annoyed when I asked for the rest of my order. To top it all off there was a long piece of hair in one of the burgers. Photos taken and reported to Toronto Public Health. Staff and management should be ashamed. Never seen or been to a worse McDonald’s with hands down the most incompetent staff working... read more
