Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed a mobile order specifically to save time, yet I was left standing around waiting for 20 minutes at the pickup counter. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the ice cream was completely melted into liquid soup! Paying price for zero effort and a completely ruined product is infuriating. I won't be back!
