All peoples are very kind and friendly welcome. Hot coffee was best. I can learn English. One milk and one sugar was more my style.
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location today that I feel needs to be addressed. When I approached the counter, I politely greeted the staff member who took my order (she appeared to be a manager) by saying, “Good morning, how are you?” She did not acknowledge my greeting at all. Throughout the entire interaction, she avoided eye contact, spoke minimally, and maintained a cold and dismissive attitude.
