I placed an order using the McDonald's app on my phone, but when I arrived, it had already closed down, yet the app was still functioning properly. And I didn't see any options that allowed me to get my refund. It was a very poor experience.
The store was closed but they kept online ordering open. All money lost because of their carelessness. No option of refund either.
So frustrating when you order food through an app, the restaurant shows as open, but then you arrive to find it closed and your money gone! 😠 It's incredibly disappointing to be out of pocket and still without your meal, forcing you to spend even more elsewhere.
