This location was very close to the famous People players venue, and we took our grandson here after an enjoyable production there. It was possible to order food from a person at the counter, but it was easier to use the kiosks. One problem I had was that using the McDonald’s app, I was unable to order food for pick up at the counter. The problem seem to be that this specific location wasn’t showing up on the official McDonald’s map. I think they changed the management and all the employees. They're very slow and bad service
Worst McDonald's in Toronto. Don't go here. You'll be waiting 20minutes just for a coffee, and an hour for food. I've given this place 4 chances and every single time it took excessively long to get my order due to employees prioritizing talking over their jobs.
Service got worse, very disorganized especially after the renovation. No one at cash and customers are being forced to use the kiosks. Weekends are worse. ***** Bad service. Morning rush is too slow, under staffed. Help the morning 6am manager Wayne with more staff or replace with someone faster. This location is always under staffed especially on the weekends when they are most busy. They definitely can't keep up with online orders, leaving customers on line waiting for more than 10 minutes!
