I'm a regular customer at this location and have been dealing with the same issue for over a year: missing items. Every time my order has more than 3 items, something is left out. A cheeseburger here, a large fries there — and that's just the short list. I've filed complaints multiple times and was told each time that it would be looked into. Nothing has changed. Not once.
