ordered 3 teas ....waited 10 minutes ...served semi hot drinks ....lol ??? cant track order on flat screen because they erase quickly ,why? tim Hortons is closer.

This location invented new rules apparently! I simply asked : "please do my ice coffee with less ice" That's it . The employee said no we don't do custom ice! She called the manager, a young asian guy , he said this is new policy we don't do custom ice!!! It was such a funny situation. This is something so simple so ordinary and so common, literally i do same order every single morning on location at Richmond/ yonge and never ever any body said anything , not in other locations, nor in other brands and retails Making a scene... read more
