Stop letting people with dogs inside your food establishment. It is disgusting. I’ve seen it multiple times. You have a sign on your door. Enforce it.
Like others have said, it doesn't matter what time you go or how busy it is. Service is always extremely slow. Restaurant is always extremely dirty and doesn't appear to ever get cleaned. Today there was a naked person sitting at one of the tables and another table had someone smoking what appeared to be crack. The food is fine but it's definitely a place you don't want to touch anything. Grab and go.
Extremely long wait times no matter when you go in. They say the dining limit is 30 minutes (which is already insane if you come in with friends or family and want to dine in) but I usually end up waiting 30 minutes for my food. Overpriced and small portions. There are easily better food options in the area.
