Constantly getting orders wrong. Yes I keep coming here because there’s only a&w and McDonald’s open at night time. Need to switch up the options. I’ve had to come back multiple times and nights in a row due to missed items or an incorrect order
Staff here are the bottom of the barrel and franchisee is completely clueless. You order correctly, the screen is correct, the receipt is correct, but what you get *consistently* in the bag is a anyone's guess. They move you to the second window and then get it wrong again. if you search on the local Bedford community, people have posted recording of cockroaches etc. The place is an absolute dumpster fire.
