I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent experiences at this McDonald’s have been consistently disappointing, mainly because of Amy. She comes across as completely incompetent in her role, with little to no sense of customer care. Her poor attitude and lack of professionalism make the experience frustrating, and it’s easy to see why customers are irritated. Staff did not provide very good service, both the attitude towards customers and the time it took. The parking lot is kind of small and with the drive thru being surrounded by the L-shaped parking, when drive thru asks customers to wait in front at spots 1 & 2, the vehicles behind does not have much space to move.
