They refused to cut my bagel sandwich in half… “we don’t have knives in the kitchen” - they think I am stupid? At least have a better lie. I can see them cutting food for prep. DO NOT COME HERE. I do not recommend. I’m going to complain to head office on Wynford the owner isn’t following franchise guidelines.
Worse experience ever… order takes forever. They have lots of staff but not well managed…
Ordered from here maybe just under 10 times, I have no choice as I work around the area and this is the only McDonald's within distance, 100% of the time, my order is wrong. 100!!!! I know for sure it's not the cashier's fault as she can repeat my order back to me correctly. But every time I order my bag when I get back to work, either something is missing or the meal is wrong. And it's too late to complain because I have already left the premises. Even my Uber orders are 100% wrong.
