Ordered ahead of time for pickup, got there and waited 15 minutes for them to bring me cold soggy food. Get better staff or just shut the hell down honestly cause nothing good has ever come outa this McDonald's.
if your planning to do curbside….don’t. placed an order and was giving them the benefit of the doubt since they were busy. ending up waiting 30 minutes and still never gotten our food. we went in to see what was going on and it had just been sitting on the counter and was freezing cold.
Everyone was smiling, gave us great customer service! Even asked to make sure we needed no extra condiments! The food was hot and fresh, the employees were working really well to take care of all of us customers!!
