I visited this McDonald’s around 8:00 PM today and was disappointed with the customer service. The employee who handed me my order, Alicia, came across as very rude and unfriendly. She did not greet me, seemed uninterested, and made the interaction feel unpleasant. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way in customer service. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff of the importance of treating customers respectfully.
This was hands down the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I ordered two meals, but the food was completely unacceptable—the burgers were ice-cold and smothered in unwanted mayonnaise, while the fries were inedible and covered in salt. When I went back through the drive-through to fix this, I wasted 10 minutes of gas during a time of high inflation.
