Nice location and very busy but they cannot seem to get an order correct! The last 5 times I have been thru drive thru here, they mess something up. Usually more than one item.. It's extremely aggravating to get akk the way home and realize that the food you were craving and paid for, isn't even in the bag!
This is the 5th time in a row this store has gotten our order wrong. I suppose it's my own fault for not checking the bag before I pulled away, but I use the drive thru for quick convenience. I shouldn't have to check that they got my order right every single time because they should be competent enough to get it right! I've worked in food service; it's difficult at times, but not so difficult that I got my customers' orders wrong multiple times! The McDonald's on Radio Hill (in Canton) has WAY better service...
Very busy location. Friendly staff when we were there at 1:20 pm. Yeah the dinning room was dirty and tables needed cleaning, while staff was chatting behind counter and no customers at counter. Manager needs to get on them.
Breakfast burritos are always cold. Each time I have to ask them to reheat them. I get them on an average of four times a week at this MCDonalds.
the all day breakfast was a bust,and they gave me a scrambled biscut not an egg mcmuffin with sausage...on the sausage biscut they forgot the sausage which i payed for,,got a fish fillet too and it seemed old not very happy with your store and will be telling everyone about it
Terrible - Mold in ceiling tiles and manager telling employee not to clean - never again!!!! Shut this place down before someone is made seriously ill.
Why do I bother.... wish there was another mcds around here other than going all the way to canton
Very slow. There is always a long wait. The other day a guy scratched his private area right in front of customers and then continued to make the food. They never even offered to make it right to the people that wanted their money back!
stopped bye for breakfast and have never seen such a discuting place. just horrible all around.
