The staff was friendly... the place wS filthy... someone spilled a drink by the fountain my grandson slipped in it I reported it... other people reported it as they were slipping too.. they took their time getting to it Plus I told them the tables were filthy food and wrappers all over the floor... she said oh well were real busy today I took a photo of the dining room there were only 2 customers beside us. I went in there and wanted 2 sausage McMuffins and got sausage egg McMuffins not even any cheese on them! And then I bought another one just a sausage McMuffin had no cheese on it. You know what they did? Put a COLD SLICE OF CHEESE IN A CONTAINER AND GAVE IT TO ME. Didn’t even have the audacity to put it on the sandwich which was burnt also. Literally about had a melt down over not getting a delicious sausage McMuffin. But it’s cool.
The staff at this McDonald's is absolutely without a doubt a great bunch! Especially the ladies during the morning shift when I always come through... I love the Frappes so much and have been having one pretty much morning for the past 7 months. Every employee is always super sweet and helpful. I wanted to publicly say thank you for always making an amazing Frappe. I hate going to this McDonalds. I keep going back only because it's a cheap meal but regret it everytime. They always mess orders up, even the simple stuff. Last nite 1-20-18 I ordered a 20pc nugget, I get home and there are only 15 nuggets in the box. So my wife calls and they offer to give me another. We go back tonite ( 1-21-18) to get the nugget with sweet and sour and a mcdouble meal with a fry. She gets down the road and they didn't give us the sauce, so she calls and they then tell her they are out. So she turns aroun... read more
Had an awful experience tonight. Took 20 mins to get our food & it was wrong & cold. The staff was rude about us waiting.
Was very disappointed that the Mc rat was taken off the menu, it should be more than a seasonal offering. Overall the establishment is complete shit, though to people who eat McDonald's, they shouldn't be surprised.
The crew talks and complains too much, gets the wrong order 70% of the time, asked for a double quarter pounder, got a single. Just the sandwich. They couldn't get that right. Burgers were dry asf.
I love some of the people but geesh---too often too much wrong. Like this morning---you wait in line only to find that when you reach the only order kiosk that is being used that there is, "no coffee, no tea, and any sodas will be a little flat until lunch." Now what SHOULD have followed was, "so we are offering a ____discount for your inconvenience!!" Shame on you McD's & Micheal R.!
