Once again y'all messed up. Gave out order to the wrong people, tried to argue with us, gave us the wrong food after we finally was given food, then messed up the food a second time when sent back and said it would be 30 minutes for fries. The cook yelled at the "manager" on duty when she stressed mayonnaise only. What should have taken 10 minutes took over 30 just to get food!!

This is like the 5th time that I have been through McD drive thru and my food was cold. Last night not only was it cold, it was old. The sticker said that it should have been pulled @ 4:17pm and ot was after 10pm . I hate having to complain when it's your job to make sure that the food is correct and fresh. I'm not wasting my time nor money just to be disappointed and agitated.

Went to the drive-thru at this location last night (2-10-17) and was waiting for 30 minutes!! They appear to be short staffed and need help! However my order was correct and the man at the window was very polite and did apologize for the wait, but this is supposed to be FAST food! I could have made my own milkshake from scratch in the time I waited for them to make me one. Fries were good (and hot). Burger could have been hotter. The cheese wasn't melted.
This place is a joke, any time you go expect to not get something you want cause it's broken or they are out of it. My wife got us two mcfrappe's this morning that were only about 3/4 full, the cafe machine was broken so couldn't get what she wanted. It always seems like they are short staffed the list goes on. Also the health inspection rating is subpar to say the least. Chick-fil-a will get our business along with most of the town when they open. This place is a joke

I decided to get away for a few minutes and enjoy some me time. Is it just me or is this place always a mess. The girl at the drive-through window is complaining about having to work today. someone told her happy Thanksgiving and she that went apeshit saying it's not a happy Thanksgiving at McDonald's . Tonight it was reported to me by my teenager who was eating there; There was an employee who was cursing and throwing merchandise. She was screaming and yelling. She was slamming doors and cursing in front of younger children. Is this the way that your employees are allowed to act if so... I will go to Canton with my grandsons. Clean up her mouth and actions!

This place is disgusting!! The floors behind the counter was gross the counters were gross and not a table in the dining room was clean. My bun was hard as a rock and my fries were cold. � every time I come here nothing ever changes!!!
