The kids and I had to take Paw to Kung-fu tonight. Of course Jacob wants Sonic grilled cheese and Leah wants Chicken McNuggets. I got Jacob's then head to McDonalds. I order, move up to pay, and hear the manager tell the cashier, "are you sure your gonna be short $18?" The cashier girl says yes. The manager then tells her, "why haven't you tried to make that up?" Need to get rid of the tall African American with cold tooth. He smells like Doughty all the time. When he comes in where I work .....We have to spray air freshener when he leaves....Not good for business!!!
At my visit the employees was very polite and patient while taking my order.. someone was in the bathroom cleaning while washing hands... Lobby was clean when seated to wait on food to dine in... Didn't have wait long... Our food was brought to our table.. Great Customer service ���
I've now been waiting in this drive thru (which has one side closed) for almost 30 minutes now. Waiting for one Happy Meal! I could have just gone inside after the first 15 minutes, but I was curious how long it would take, because this wasn't the first time this has happened to me at this location. The other day I waited in line for about 10 minutes at breakfast before I gave up. That time both lines were open. This is ridiculous. What in the world? As my Dad would say, they must have had to kill the chicken.
Despite the negative reviews.. the staff here was very nice. Being from the North and picky about my food they responded kindly even when I inquired about skim milk for my coffee... which they unfortunately didn't carry. Also there was another employee working hard actively cleaning.
Worst Ratchet Ghetto McDonald's Location I've ever been too! I asked for a water cup lastnight and really took 10 minutes to get? Cashier was rude and go an attitude when I said I needed water nicely. Not returning back to this garbage. Need new employees! NEXT TIME OPEN UP ALL THE CASH REGISTERS!
