Got pulled up for fries! With 7 cars ahead of me, not during lunch rush or traffic times. Was there over 30 mins. Called the store to speak with a manger and he didn’t have a care in the world.
Service is terrible and I do mean TERRIBLE

Very Slow Service, 5 cars in front of me , we were told to wait and park, because of fries, I have been waiting for 15 minutes
27 minute wait for biscuits - they warned us of the 10 minute wait it would take to prepare them. 27 minutes in a drive thru with little ones is fun!
How do you wait over 30 mins for two chicken nugget kid’s meals, a plain hamburger, medium fries and cookies??????? This is the 3rd time coming here and this BS happens. It’s easy for us adults to say forget but not so easy for 3 young kids to! They completely forgot they had us pulled up to the stall and we had to go in and still wait! Order #34 at 5:23pm 11/18. And offered no comp nor concern!

How many times can one McDonalds get simple orders WRONG???? Two sandwiches and a small fries. Told them 3 times which sandwich I wanted and still got the wrong one. Nothing special just a McChicken sandwich and STILL got the wrong sandwich
