Usual suspect... got the order wrong took it back still got it wrong and incomplete on top of that.
This location is has gone down the drain. It’s obviously noticeable that the managers on duty doesn’t take pride in their shifts or the customer/customer service. I got in line tonight, line was long that wasn’t the issue. Once i ordered my food it was 10 minutes before i even got to the payment window and another 9 minutes before got to the pickup window. Go to the window received my drinks and of course told to pull up. I did of course i’m aware of speed of service. 18 min passed by on of the workers a young man walked out... read more
