Stopped in to get our 10,000 mile check up on our 2017 Rav4. We arrived early and had no problems dropping off for service. We were notified when service was completed. Staff was courteous and prompt when we picked it up. Car put through a car-wash, which was a nice surprise. Thank you for this extra little touch.
