This was the worst service. I was in drive through for 15 minutes and didn't not even get to the window to pay. Needless to say this restaurant needs to get Thier stuff together. Left unhappy and hungry.
I have issues almost every time I order from this location. It took 3 different times to make my sandwich this afternoon and they STILL didn't get it right. What's so hard about extra lettuce, add pickle. I mean, I understand you make minimum wage but c'mon. At least TRY to do your job right the 1st time. I hate this location. I have NEVER had an issue with Powdersville location!
Just went through drive thru in Easley for 6 piece chicken strips. Made it to work to have my meal just to find out my chicken is not cooked all the way. Still pink inside on all 6 strips. Pretty upset now that for both my lunch and dinner I only have my fries that are edible. �
I went through the drive thru and ordered a big Mac meal with no lettuce and a chocolate milkshake...got home and I had an upside down big Mac with no pickle and no onion and it has lettuce on it. I also got a strawberry milkshake instead of a chocolate. This McDonald's must be home to the dumbest shitheads around. Thank you for screwing up my order!
I went there Tue with two girls age 7, service was good. Food was good, they love the playground. Remember nobody is perfect when referring to the help. Eat at home if you are not pleased, it can happen anywhere.
Almost every time I go to the McDonald's in Easley, my order is wrong! And can the staff actually smile and greet the customers on occasion???
I went to this McDonald's to get a gravy biscuit and paid 2.19 for a biscuit with half a teaspoon of watery gravy � they use to be really good i don't know whats going on but i wont ever get a gravy biscuit from here again
