Sunday, Aug 2, 2015 2:15pm - That has got to be the most unorganized 'team' I have ever seen. I stood there waiting on my order for a good 15 min (I was skipped) before asking for my money back, but in that 15 min I could tell that there was a big problem in the management dept(there was none). Employees doing what they wanted, I even witnessed one girl eating fries out of a bag that she then handed to someone in the drive thru (NASTY)! I ordered a Mcflurry and a hot fudge sundae at the drive-thru. I was told to pull forward and they bring it out to me. 15 minutes later, I was still waiting and had to ask an employee to check on it, only to find out they had forgotten about my order. Completely unacceptable!!
10AM today The steak/egg/cheese biscuit was almost inedible. The steak tasted like it was left over from yesterday, the onions were slimy, the biscuit crumbled into pieces. The hash browns were soggy and not crispy on the outside. The coffee was old, strong, bitter, and scorched. I couldn't drink it. I poured it out and got some tea in the coffee cup. The most annoying thing about this McDonald's is that they automatically upsize your combos! IF we wanted them large we would say large or at least ask!!
Horrible with getting orders wrong
