We were there on 4/3/18 and ordered 2 egg mc muffins.They had a sigh in the window 2 /$4.00 saw a commercial they were 2 /$4.00 and the cashier charged us full price and .30 cents extra for bacon!!!!I emailed them and they haven't called yet!!!!
Our order was served before I could get the drink cups filled. Service was pleasant and the food order was correct.
Can’t get fresh fries to save your life. never know what will be in your bag going through the drive thru but it won’t be what you ordered lol
Went thru drive-thru to order 2 frappes this morning. Girl takes my order, gives me my total. Get to the window to pay, "sorry, she forgot our machine is down. We are waiting for someone to come fix it." I totally get it, but since I had waited in line behind 3 cars to get to the window to be told, they should have at MINIMUM offered coupons for 2 free frappes. As a former manager, when mistakes were made by myself or my staff, we offered discounts or coupons to make up for our mistake and to keep our customers!
Really get mad at this location. If you order a combo meal, they AUTOMATICALLY upgrade you to a large with a free pie without you asking for it. You have to watch them, they will cheat you.
Went through drive thru, ordered a frappe that was completely warm,& melted. I went back in to let ask for another one, the kid at the window argued with me about the drink, had the worst attitude. The manager on shift had nothing to say about how disrespectful the kid was being!!!! Very disappointed in there service!!!! I go by there almost every morning on my way to work and order the same thing! I have never had a problem with Morning shift getting my order right. Complete DISRESPECT!!!
They need to clean the playground or do away with it. Every time I take my kids there they get sick. Now my daughter got the Flu from there.
What the actual hell is wrong with the people you guys always seem to hire? EVERY single time I go it’s either a missing straw. Missing sauce. Missing food. Wrong food. All of which is completely forgivable UNTIL the freaking 16 year old at the window is RUDE AS HELL. If you’re going to miss essential things to my order THE FREAKING LEAST you could do is hire people with FREAKING PERSONALITIES.
