Horrible service! Order a medium an they don’t even fill it all the way up!!!!!
Horrible customer service. Was missing an item literally off the dollar menu and the staff argued with me after I pulled everything out of the bag and asked me to give them the bag back. I would have paid an extra dollar to get my missing item and skipped them arguing. I finally told them just to forget it.. and left without the item I paid for!! RecommendedShout out to the guy who took our order at the drive thru!!! He was very professional and courteous! Very different from recent experiences at other locations. So refreshing to be treated so nicley and service with a smile!!!! This goes a long way! Keep up the great work!
Went to drive-thru. Order #1... Big Mac was askew in the paper sandwich tray... Top bun and lettuce hanging half out of the container... Ordered unsweet tea with no ice - even asked when it was handed to me if the tea was unsweet because they mess up all the time. Due to cars behind me I didn't taste it... Got home, tea is sweet. Too much money for lousy presentation and wrong drink.
Just went through the drive through and got 2 - 2 for 5$ deals and 3 drinks. I got a large Carmel frappe WITH extra Carmel. Now I mean I wouldn’t complain if I hadn’t paid extra just for the extra Carmel but when I got my Carmel frappe there was NO CARMEL WHAT SO EVER! Then with the Big Mac 2 for 5$ their was no cheese on one and the other one was smooshed into the bottom of the box! Very disappointed.

they are always saying that they're open at 4 a.m. and they never open at 4 a.m.
