Never forget the Original Quinpool McDonald's. 🫡
Very mean employees. Tried to make me pay twice. Gave me wrong order. Very rude. Bad attitude and bad attitude explaining what the issue with my order was (could not understand them). They forgot stuff from our order and when we went back tried to get us to pay for it. Overall horrible experience will never come back. I hope those employees learn customer service skills because they have none. Worse experience I have ever had at a takeout place.
Staff keep laughing and talking bad words, they took 10- 15 minutes even when there was just 3 orders on the board. Their service is so bad.
This new location is incredible. Spotlessly clean, loads of tables, nice washrooms,great decor, a cozy feel and I love seeing the photos of the original restaurant around. The staff are all amazing, friendly, happy, professional, welcoming and quick. You can tell that they have great training and managers and that they obviously like their job. It is so nice to see some of the original staff from the old location came back to work here. So nice to see familiar faces. Keep up the great work you do. Thank-you. All the best.
