The doctor clearly knew it was cyst but sent me to a eye specialist. And after two more vista back to his clinic he said it was a cyst but never put my referral in for a dermatologist. But was told to go see one. So another co pay later they failed again to give the referral out. They never took ownership for the miscommunication between the people in there office. I had one session for laser hair removal at this office. They were running late and the laser was not turned on and ready. The session took more than two times longer than it should have because it kept overheating. Dr Robert McDonald discontinued the session out of frustration over the malfunctioning equiptment. 1 1/2 hours waiting to see a Dr. When I finally get ready to leave and get my daughter's physical form filled out I'm told there is a form fee. I have been going there for 3 years and never had a fee charged when needing a form filled out. When I scheduled the appointment no one said anything about a fee. When i arrived, no one said anything about a fee. I said, I need the form today, just bill me for the fee. They said no. Nothing but bad experiences with them! They never kept appointment and often my waits would be in excess of 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. On top of all the bad medicine they practice here they wanted to charge to sign paperwork too. I have tricare prime so I should not have had to pay anything but they wanted to charge me anyhow.

The doctor actually heard what I had to say and paid attention to me! And they are as English speaking Americans as you can get. No foreign alqueda docs here. I heard a lady in the lobby complainig about the her wait time but I got in faster than at Kaiser. Apparently that lady doesn't know when she is in a good doctor's office. I'm going to take all my kids to the McDonald Clinic because they will get better treatment than the at peditrician who sees them now.
