Jessica the office manager was extremely rude and hung up on me!! Very high ego, and does not want to listen to what a patient has to say, hence just accuses one of wrong doing and abruptly hangs up on the patient....TERRIBLE personality... I am not sure how she is this position, but perhaps bullying herself in this position!
What a pleasant experience. Wait time was about 15 -20 minutes. They have complimentary valet so i didn't feel nervous to find parking and make it on time. The office staff was very friendly and informative from the moment I checked in. At the time of checking out the doctor recommended a few products and those ladies were so informative they really guided me in the right direction!
Dr. Longwill was excellent. I was in and out of her office in less than an hour. She was knowledgeable and yet personable. Her staff was professional, kind, and available to answer any questions.

Disappointed in Dr. Longwill's office! My very first visit was a month ago, Dr. did some biopsy's and never rec'd a call for my results so I called them 3 weeks later, found out that I need to come back because I have pre cancer cells that need to be removed! So I had an appt today but my insurance changed as of 5.1.18 and I did not have my insurance card but had the information on an e-mail which they were able to verify but needed my insurance card in order to be seen?? Going back to Dr. Price
