I love coming to this office, all staff is very pleasant. I enjoy my facial treatments with my esthetician, Adriana. She has helped me with my skin issues and has created a treatment and skincare regimen that is anti-aging and effective with my melasma. I highly recommend her, she is so nice and caring.
First time as a patient and I must say everything was extremely pleasant. Ranging from the environment to the staff, the service provided was absolutely flawless. I had the pleasure of being treated by Jason Santos, who approached my condition with absolute tact and professionalism. Had a solution for me right away within minutes of being seen. I love visiting this office!! Every time I go for an appointment, I receive such a warm welcoming and great customer service. I always ask for Scarlett to book n=my future appointments because she is super nice and always updating me on the specials and promotions this office have. Miami Center for Dermatology has been my skin care place of choice for several years. Adriana is my go-to aesthetician. Adriana has a calm and gentle nature that puts you at ease. She answers all questions thoroughly and completely. Adriana upgrades her certifications as technologies improve over the years. Will continue with Adriana and follow her if needed.
I went for laser hair treatments and facials and all times it was an amazing experience! From the agent Scarlett Dimas to the treatment specialist it was nothing but positive. The setup is relaxing, wait time is minimal and the customer service is top of the line. Friendly staff, easy to book appointments, and met all my needs. Thank you!!!!

I completely agree! Jessica the office manager was horrible. She is very arrogant and does not know basic human behavior or ethics. How can a place run like this with such people?????
