I have never ranted on Facebook, but I’m beyond annoyed at McCurry Deck Chevrolet in Forest City. I scheduled an appointment to take my car in because it was acting funny and my check engine light was on- they said they changed some spark plugs and filters and I was all set. I paid. Bought a truck there and nothing but trouble with making appointments to get truck serviced. So if you make appointment go the day after the appointment,then you will be on time.
The staff at McCurry Deck is the epitome of customer service! After discovering a loose bumper on the Jeep I purchased there (Cameron Painter), I drove over this morning, was directed to the body shop, and they repaired it on the spot, despite the fact that it's a busy Monday there. Thank y'all!!
