customer service. I went over other day for a "oil change" checkup and didn't have an appointment and they graciously squeezed me in. That is how they keep their customers... we bought an Arcadia GMC from this place last November. I drop it off to get serviced and they tell me it needs a transmission flush?? At 50,000 miles?? Cost me $189.00. It keeps it under warranty so I wanted it done. My car was done and I picked it and probably the next day it starts to skip and shake on take off. May 22nd I drop my car back off and it takes a week to tell me it's the transmission. As of today June 13th my car is still at the shop untouched. I have been givin the run around by the staff. The sale persons are very helpful and not pushy they let you decided what you want not what they want you to buy.. Also the service department people are very nice to work with too..

Salesman and sales manager lied. Fiancee bought a car drove it home and check engine light came on. They kept the car about 4 days to fix the problem only to come back on 7 days later. Now refuses to fix. Terrible place to do business
After wasting my money at a local auto repair shop, they told me to go to McCurry-Deck to find out what was wrong with my car. When I arrived, I was treated very well by the young lady in the service department. The gentleman who worked on my car made sure I understood what would be done to fix my car. Finally, my car WORKS!!! Grateful they were able to get my car in and repaired so quickly. Friendly, good people, highly recommend.
