I will never recommend this company. My son bought a 2018 Honda thinking he would have a reliable car. Two weeks of driving it and 2 months in the shop as it completely quits working lights and all. He calls to see if he can get his money back and he was literally laughed at. No manager has even attempted to reach out to try to see what may be needed. We were sold a lemon and after reading reviews I see others were done the same
Every time I visit they make sure I'm satisfied with my service. The salesmen are always friendly and are never pushy. They ask what brings us in and then will point us in the right direction and even escort us if we're unsure of where we're going.
In March, we had a positive experience getting our new Accord. Today, however, I’m very disappointed. It appears that Honda doesn’t care about the safety of its customers. I came by to get a seat belt extension for the backseat only to find that Honda doesn’t offer extenders. So, I guess your customers just have to drive around with that ‘woman’s’ voice telling you to buckle up even if you can’t. You want to know what I was told to do? Search the web for something. Sad, really sad.
As a first time buyer, my experience was not stressful at all! Angel & victor helped me through my process and gave me a lot of knowledge on what’s the best car & price for me. I would suggest then to anybody looking for a car, and will deal with them in future! Thank you so much McCurley for having a wonderful staff😊

I can't believe you guys. My 70 year old mother got her oil changed today. They found that one of her fog lamps was burned out and quoted her $450 to replace it. $450??????? are you insane? They gave some BS story about the whole assembly needed replaced. It was a burned out bulb, a $20 part. My mom was very upset thinking she had to pay that much. Thankfully she came to me questioning it. I went down to the auto parts store, bought a $20 bulb and spent 5 minutes fixing it. How many elderly people do you do this to that dont... read more

I have owned 4 Hondas since 1995, and have been getting my cars serviced from Honda for over 20 years, and I can honestly say "Nick George" is one of the best managers they have ever had.
