I recently had my older Odyssey in for 2 separate recall issues, to replace both air bags. A few weeks later I received a call from Desiree, asking for a return call. Thinking this might relate to the recall, I foolishly returned the call. Needless to say, I blundered into a sales pitch. This seems like a really foolish idea on their part, as I am now far less likely to return legitimate calls about recall problems.

They are liars. Just bought a new vehicle but they lied about all the accessories. If I had not been approved I would go to another place. Do not let eli Hernandez be you sales person. He is the worst!'
Slow service dept! Have been waiting 1 1/2 hour for an oil change!
Tony Silva went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional and knowledgeable service. The personal attention throughout the entire process of getting our new car was superb!! There was never any high pressure to accept anything more than what we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership.
